Guilt. That feeling alone is probably one of the biggest reasons people are unhappy. Achieving a “perfect” balance is the other. But can we do anything about it?
In today’s episode I’m joined by my good friend, Luly B., to chat about these things and figure out exactly what we can do to achieve happiness. Luly is a mom, wife, author, speaker and an amazing entrepreneur. And she is most definitely a Happy Someone! Today, she shares her personal story with us and explains how she overcame the guilt, came to terms with “balance” (you’re going to really love this), and how this has changed her life.
Our featured song for this episode is called “Let the Sun Shine” by Helen Austin. Helen is a prolific singer/songwriter from the UK now living on Vancouver Island, in Canada. She is has been nominated this year for the prestigious Juno Awards, she is the Grand Prize winner of the John Lennon Songwriting contest and she has written the music and lyrics for the song “Relay” which is played at Cancer Society Relay events all over the world. This song is really upbeat, bright and happy. Just the way we like them 😉
